“Being successful in trial before a court or jury requires not only preparation and hard work, but creativity and the ability to think on your feet. It requires the ability to make clear, concise, and convincing arguments on subjects that are complex and difficult to understand.”
“The ability to negotiate is another fundamental skill of my profession. Most of the cases in which I am involved are settled or resolved before trial. Settlements are usually the result of hours of intense negotiation. I understand the complexity of negotiation and have developed tough negotiation skills through 28 years of experience.”Kirk Claunch
